Here’s the first iAd from Diageo UK’s brand Guinness and it looks pretty damn good. This is part of a larger multi-platform digital campaign ‘There’s More Life in the Dark’. The campaign aims to inspire users to enjoy a great night out! Guinness have released this promotional video, created byTullo Marshall Warren, to demonstrate how to engage with the iAd.
I thought this was a pretty neat digital installation in France’s National Library, helping to raise awareness and generate petition signatures for a movement against the death penalty.
Featuring two large screens mounted on either side of a hallway, one side with a prisoner about to be executed, and the other, a soldier standing tall, aim ready. In between, on the floor, marks a large circle where people are prompted to stand, stopping the impending execution as the installation detects the person with ultrasonic sensors and a weight plate.
The installation also used a QR code on the floor to drive petition signatures instantly as they were scanned… I love the concept.
